1. Check Your Email and Whitelist Us:
After signing up, you should receive a welcome email from us within 48 hours. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. To ensure that you receive all our future communications without interruption, please whitelist our email address. Here's how you can do it:
Gmail Users:
- Open Gmail, and go to ‘Settings’ > ‘See all settings’.
- Click on ‘Filters and Blocked Addresses’ and then ‘Create a new filter’.
- In the 'From' field, type our email address: sales@audienceintelligence.asia.
- Click ‘Create filter’ with this search, check 'Never send it to Spam', and click on 'Create filter'.
Outlook Users:
- Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email.
- Under ‘Safe senders and domains’, click ‘Add’ and enter sales@audienceintelligence.asia.
- Click ‘Save’.
Apple Mail Users:
- Open Mail, go to ‘Mail’ > ‘Preferences’.
- Click on the ‘Rules’ tab and then ‘Add Rule’.
- Set the condition to ‘If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains’.
- Enter our email address sales@audienceintelligence.asia.
- Set ‘Perform the following actions: Move Message’ to mailbox ‘Inbox’.
- Click ‘Ok’ to save the rule.
2. Provide Your Campaign Details:
To tailor our services to your specific needs, we ask you to provide some essential information. You can send this directly to sales@audienceintelligence.asia or wait for our follow-up email.
Here’s what we need from you:
- Product Category: What are you marketing? (e.g., Cars, Bags, Clothes)
- Landing Page URL: Where should customers land when they click on your ads?
- Keywords: List up to 10 keywords that best describe your product or service.
- Competitors: Who are your top three competitors?
- Target Market: In which country will your advertisements run?
- Company Website: Provide the URL.
- Product Images: Attach any images you would like to use in the campaigns.
- Marketing Duration: Specify the start and end dates for your campaign.
- Analytics Setup: Share your Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics login details.
- Social Media Links: Include your Facebook page URL and ad account information.
